Shipping Information

All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  The length of time it will take to arrive depends on the production time of the designer. Most orders ship within 3-4 business days. If ship time is longer than the average 7 days it will be listed in the product descriptions. Please expect to add 2-3 days for holiday orders. Some products may be charged an extra shipping surcharge. Product shipping rates depend on weight, size, location and carrier of products being shipped. Please see checkout for accurate shipping rates. The price you are given when placing an online order is an estimate and it is sometimes necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase unless it is indicated as free shipping. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally or on rush orders. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. Please note any damage immediately upon arrival on the shipping documentation. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer.

If you need an order rushed, please email us at contactus@evermodernhome.com and we can make arrangements to get your order to you as soon as possible, based on the designers inventory and policies.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and those observed by our suppliers.
